Senior Quantity Surveyor - Higher Education

A specialist independent quantity surveying consultancy in the Higher Education and Healthcare sectors is seeking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor in it’s London team, based in a modern office close to Waterloo.
The company is led by two experienced Partners and are working on major projects for clients including the London School of Economics, Imperial College London and Reading University. They have recently been appointed on a number of new commissions and are now expanding the QS team.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Senior QS who will take the lead on their own projects and support with managing junior colleagues. Candidates should be MRICS chartered with 5+ years experience, and if they have worked in Higher Education or Healthcare previously, would be advantageous.
The Senior QS role is paying between £60-70k salary depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
