Senior Sales Manager (Korea)

Our client is an international construction building material supplier with diversified product categories. They are seeking for a Senior Sales Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities in South Korea.
Job Description:
  • To generate leads and new business from consultant engineers, architects, estimators, professional quantity surveyors, building contractors, government bodies, building owners and facility managers and secure maximum product specification in line with the Company’ sales plan.
  • Actively engage and foster new business relationships within one’s network of Engineers, Architects, Estimators, Professional Quantity Surveyors, Building Contractors, Government Bodies, Facility Managers, and Building Owners to facilitate the specification of waterproofing products.
  • Participate in product presentations, seminars, industrial organizations, and trade shows.
  • Develop and deliver technical and training presentations to clients.
  • Attend monthly sales/technical meetings to support Business Process Management (BPM) and sales processes.
  • Gather, monitor, and provide market intelligence on competitors’ activities, market trends, and identify relevant threats and opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant
  • Min 10 years of sales experience in construction chemical / paint manufacturer
  • Understanding of waterproofing products is highly beneficial, as well as resin type: acrylic, epoxy, urethane
  • Wide network and connections of Architects, Engineers, Building Owners, Contractors in South Korea
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with business trips abroad
