This is a key role where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to design and implement complex engineering solutions, ensuring that customer needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements and create comprehensive technical proposals and documentation.
- Design and develop high-level engineering plans, including space layouts and M&E schematics, for client projects.
- Produce and present technical materials such as pitch decks and presentations to both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer expectations.
- Develop and refine advanced engineering models, including Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
- Lead technical discussions with customers, manage project scope, and guide the development of tailored solutions.
- Manage communications and coordinate information across multiple departments to support proposal development.
- Facilitate technical workshops and meetings to ensure a clear understanding of project specifications and progress.
- Guide the negotiation process with clients on technical aspects and alternative solutions as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering design, building systems, or related fields, with a focus on customer engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), AutoCAD, and BlueBeam.
- Strong understanding of CFD and engineering analysis.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing teams across multiple regions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think analytically and creatively.
