Keen to join a international data centre developer with a large pipeline of greenfield DC projects in the APAC region?
We’re seeking an experienced professional to manage data center site selection across APAC, driving expansion into new markets. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring large, complex sites while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. If you have a strong background in real estate, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for innovation, this is your chance.
This role could be based in either Singapore, Tokyo, or Sydney. (Preference would be Singapore).

Requirements
- Extensive background in sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring large, complex sites with a high volume of deal flow across the APAC region, with a focus on Australia, Japan, and Korea.
- Strong, well-established network within the real estate industry, including C-Suite connections.
- Over 10 years of experience in real estate roles focused on large-scale, complex infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in City Planning, Commercial Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Law, Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Proven, hands-on expertise in negotiating and acquiring sites designated for industrial, technical, or data center purposes is essential.
